Read this first. Every figure below counts answered queued calls only — a call is counted once, when an agent picked it up. Calls that rang the queue and were never answered are excluded, so these waits describe callers who held until someone answered. True service levels are worse than this page shows. The source export records a queue-hold leg and an agent leg for the same call, and whether a hold leg with no agent leg means "abandoned" or "the agent leg is missing from the export" cannot be settled from the file, so unanswered volume is deliberately not reported rather than guessed. Hold time is capped by the phone system at 15:01. Times: the phone system runs on Eastern; Minnesota is Central on both sides of the call, so use the clock switch below when reading Minnesota.
